Bagneeds Warranty Policy
At Bagneeds, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 3-month limited warranty on all our bags, effective from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Broken zippers, stitching issues, or hardware defects
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Bagneeds
- Water damage, stains, or fading due to exposure
How to Claim:
To raise a warranty claim, simply fill out our Warranty Claim Form and provide your:
- Order ID or Invoice
- Photos of the defect
- Product details and description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the defect.
Important Notes:
- Warranty is valid only with a proof of purchase.
- The decision to approve or reject a claim lies solely with Bagneeds after inspection.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) for sending the product back may be borne by the customer.
